The James Street Improvement District is a 501(c)3 community development organization focused primarily on Northwest Lancaster City. The organization provides an array of services ranging from a bike ambassador squad, to installing trash receptacles and administering special funds to enhance target neighborhoods. The JSID also serves as Lancaster’s Keystone Innovation Zone coordinator.
